I have posted the video in 4 versions. Hopefully one will work for you. You must have the Quicktime program for at least the first 2 versions.

VER 1: Best Quality, Biggest Picture. Very slow loading
VER 2: Good Quality, Smaller Picture. Better loading
VER 3: POOR Quality. This is embedded here from YouTube. Should work when all else fails. (If you know any secret to better performance on YouTube, please let me know!)
VER 4: Medium Quality. This is embedded here from the BetterNetworker site.
Better viewing than YouTube in my opinion.
